为了确保产品的质量安全,根据产品加工工艺的需求,在生产设备完成全部的生产任务后,山东美川建议对设备利用CIP清洗机组对设备进行全面的清洗,具体清洗程序步骤如下:

一、CIP 清洗程序及要求加工段班后清洗。

a.水洗循环5min

b.碱洗循10min碱液浓1-2%温度80℃

c.水洗循5min至中性止

d.酸洗循环10min,酸液浓度 1-2%温度80℃

e.水洗至中性澄清止(PH6.8-7.2)

二、做好清洗原始记录(时间、温度、浓度、操作人 )。

三、做 CIP 清洗后酸碱罐的溶液必须保持清洗前的量,如不足必须补足,然后检测酸碱浓度。

四、做 CIP 清洗必须有两个人互相配合。

五、CIP清洗必须责任到人,班组长应认真检查。


The Suggestions of CIP Cleaning

One. CIP cleaning procedures and requirements: clean the processing section after work.

a. Water cleaning cycle for 5 minutes.

b. Lye cleaning cycle for 10 minutes, lye concentration is 1-2%, temperature is 80℃;

c. Water cleaning cycle for 5 minutes until neutral;

d. Acid cleaning cycle for 10 minutes, acid concentration is 1-2%, temperature is 80℃;

e. Water cleaning cycle until neutral and clear (PH6.8-7.2);

Two. Make original cleaning records (time, temperature, concentration, operator).

Three. After CIP cleaning, the solution in the acid tank and lye tank must maintain the amount before cleaning. If it is missing, it must be supplemented. And then detect the concentration of acid and lye.

Four. Two operator must cooperate with each other to do the CIP clean.

Five. CIP cleaning must be carried out by specific person, and the team leader should check carefully.
